BUDGETING

  • Provide detailed and highly accurate budgets for each component of thescope of work.

  • Provide manufacturer direct product lines to ensure the highest level of quality at a value added price to our clients.

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

  • Selection of materials to carefully plan each area of your environment.

  • Access to our manufacturer direct lines of select building materials.

  • Color specifications.

  • Furnishings, accessories & window coverings manufacturer direct.

5.

SPECIFICATION DOCUMENTATION

  • Detailed material specification schedules.

  • Millwork documentation and reflective ceiling plan schedules.

  • Architectural CAD drawings

6.

PRE CONSTRUCTION

  • Apply for BuildingPermits & required HPO .

  • Health & safety plan identified and documented in compliance with work safe BC.

  • Set up of command center and first aid on site and ensure site is secure.

7.

CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION

  • Prepare site instructions & sub trade work orders.

  • Prepare client contracts and change orders.

  • Complete drawings and full design specification package.

8.

IMPLEMENTATION & PROJECT COMPLETEION

  • Project Manager & Site Supervisor communication protocol established.

  • Inspection of all sub trade progress and quality of workmanship.

  • Liaison with municipal building inspections.

  • Regular cleaning of job site and removal of daily debris.

  • Final Inpections and deficiency reviews until sign off of project accompanied by warranty & specification binder.
